Collaborate closely with business leaders and IT management to provide strategic guidance across various aspects of the organization's IT function, including infrastructure, applications, security, data, and process management.
Key Responsibilities.
Elicit complex business requirements using various methods, ensuring alignment with user roles and goals.
Conceptualize digital strategy and business change projects, ensuring successful digital innovation engagements.
Guide the execution of the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
Provide authoritative advice to senior managers, facilitating the implementation of policy, projects, and change initiatives.
Explore and understand external developments, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
Communicate actions needed to implement the function's strategy, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Collaborate on tracking budgets and reporting variances to senior colleagues.
To be successful in this position, you will have.
Over 10 to 15 years of experience providing expert competence.
Knowledge of IT Procurement Technology and Automation (SAP/Ivalua/Coupa and or Ariba) and proficiency in Data-driven Decision Making.
Understanding of Risk Management in Procurement and compliance with Automotive Regulations.
Expertise in Procurement strategy, cost optimization, and Value Engineering.
Strong Negotiation and Change Management skills.
Education.
Master's Degree or Equivalent Level.
Preferred.
German or French language skills.
