Inglês e Francês fluentes (obrigatório); • Experiência prévia em Service Desk de TI ou funções similares; • Conhecimentos básicos de TI; • Capacidade de resolver problemas técnicos eficientemente; • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente; • Capacidade de trabalhar em horários flexíveis e em equipa.
As suas futuras funções.
• Prover suporte técnico básico aos utilizadores finais via telefone, e-mail e chat, garantindo um atendimento eficiente.
• Diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos, como questões de conectividade, falhas de software e problemas de hardware.
• Manter registos precisos e detalhados de todas as interações com os clientes e das ações realizadas, utilizando sistemas de ticketing.
• Identificar problemas que requerem atenção de níveis superiores e encaminhá-los adequadamente, garantindo uma resolução rápida e eficaz.
• Auxiliar na manutenção e atualização de sistemas de IT conforme necessário, seguindo os procedimentos estabelecidos.
• Fornecer orientações básicas aos utilizadores finais sobre o uso de software e sistemas internos.
• Controlo do desempenho do sistema e da rede, relatando quaisquer problemas e anomalias.
• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com outros membros da equipa de TI.
• Manter-se atualizado sobre as novas tecnologias, ferramentas de suporte e melhores práticas do sector.
• Preparar e fornecer relatórios regulares sobre as atividades de suporte, destacando tendências e áreas que necessitam de melhorias.
• Assegurar que todas as solicitações e incidentes sejam resolvidos nos prazos estabelecidos pelos Acordos de Nível de Serviço (SLA).
