Our revolutionary approach allows us to own the entire building process which means our clients can trust that we will deliver as promised and our team can feel in control of their work and be proud that every detail is perfect.
We are building the teams that will create these homes that hold the latest in modern design and technology, with a head office in Lisbon for design and support teams and a production facility in Setubal for building and construction teams.
We are looking to expand our Team with a highly committed IT Administrator.
Main responsibilities.
– General IT administration (i.
.
deploying laptops and equipment).
– Basic SAP administration (mostly user and access management).
– Microsoft Business Administration (i.
.
email accounts, Sharepoint etc.).
– IT troubleshooting (including the establishment of a ticketing system).
– BIMcloud Administration (mostly user and access management).
– Server Administration and Maintenance (macOS for BIMcloud, Linux for Arolla Manager and inventory system).
– Project Management (namely work-time system and deployment of Microsoft Intune or a comparable Mobile Device Management System to better manage laptops and updates).
– Arolla Manager implementations using.
TypeScript with NextJS (React), TypeScript with fastify, Expo / React Native, and Rust/Typescript (Tauri).
– Inventory System implementations using.
Fullstack SvelteKit/TypeScript application.
Qualifications required.
Experience with ERP software solutions, ideally SAP – Business by Design.
Experience in hardware and software support.
IT troubleshooting skills, namely Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS and troubleshooting thereof.
Ambitious, self-learning and motivated.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to a wide range of people.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
