Requirements.
3+ years of experience in a similar position; Knowledge of Virtualized environments, such as.
Citrix, and VMWare; Knowledge of IBM Cloud, Windows and Linux Infraestructure; Knowledge of infraestruture (network DNS, DHCP, security), scripting (Shell/PowerShell); Previous experience with production support; Knowledge about Middleware; Fluent in English.
Responsibilities.
Ensure Level 2 Administration for European countries; Install and configure Cloud Virtualized servers (Linux/Windows); Migration to the Cloud applications; Implement or assist to implement file transfer for all countries worldwide; Be able to quickly analyse the available data and find the root cause of a problem; Assist Users.
