Your Mission Capgemini Engineering is constantly growing and attentive to market opportunities and in search of the best professionals to join its team.
We are looking for a Wireless Integration Engineer to join our team, on a hybrid format, with the possibility of participating in many interesting and cutting-edge projects through the whole life-cycle.
Your Role- Be responsible for wireless deployment methods design, automation, implementation, acceptance test, technical management and risk control according to customer requirements.- Cooperate with project team to meet with customer for clarifying requirements, making technical discussion and wireless solution design, make pilot tests.- Prepare and provide necessary technical documents for customer, such as High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Test Report, etc.- Troubleshooting for complicated wireless problems, identify bottlenecks, and solve the customer wireless method/tool issues with the help of Huawei TAC and R&D team.- Provide technical training to use wireless methods to customers and partners.- Be responsible for the achieving customer Key performance indicators about method development (successful pilots, automation level, amount of tool/method issues, number of incidents related to method issues, productivity improvement related to the developed methods).
our Profile - Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent study with a wireless engineering experience.- 2 years or more wireless engineering experience.- Deep knowledge about wireless networks with proven practice experience.- Good understanding about Radio Access Networks 2G/3G/4G/5G NSA and SA.- Experience on configuration, troubleshooting of wireless technical problems.- Knowledge of programming (python, c++,…) with proven programming experience and tools development.- Knowledge/experience of Ericsson equipment mandatory.- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French and Chinese languages is a plus.- Experience on wireless deployment, configuring and designing methods for wireless change operations.- Experience on Huawei OMC and/or wireless network configuration scripts.- Experience on Huawei wireless solutions and products.
