We are currently seeking for a Technical Analyst to join our Technology and Infrastructure Service Line.
In Retail Consult’s Infrastructure Service Line, we work side by side with our clients to implement technology solutions.
We focus mostly on the backend systems both on-premises and in the Cloud.
Our goal is to provide an infrastructure service, end to end, from the servers OS, Database passing through Middleware all the way to the front end.

Analyze, resolve, and close IT related incidents both autonomously and as a group effort.
Contribute and participate on Problems analysis as well contributing with enhancements, if applicable.
Install and configure on-premises and cloud environments with the guidance from Technical Consultants.
Produce technical documentation.
Keep our Service Desk and Knowledge Base platforms updated.
Develop knowledge on different technologies such as, but not limited to.
o Operative Systems.
Unix/Linux based and MS Windows.
o Middleware.
Oracle Weblogic and Apache Tomcat o Databases.
Oracle Database o Scripting.
SQL, Bash/Korn, and Python Responsible to communicate with Oracle Support, reporting, maintaining, and closing the problems founded on the Client’s application systems, with guidance from the Technical Consultant.
What we are looking for.
Degree in IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Experience with Linux (mandatory).
Skilled at working within a collaborative environment, with the ability to also work independently.
Keen attention to detail.
Problem solving and critical thinking.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
What would be a plus.
Proficiency in Spanish; Basic Database and SQL knowledge.
Experience with version control systems (for example, Git).
Foundation knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (from any cloud provider).
Work experience as an IT analyst, System Admin and/or DBA.
