Position Summary Support IBS risk and business continuity management strategy implementation, including interoperability across centers when it makes sense, as well as methods and plans for above market services within NBS Centers, to ensure IBS overall service reliability.
Work in close collaboration with Business Continuity Coordinators in NBS Centers.
A day in the life of...
* Risk Management.
- Coordinate tactical (E2E) and operational BIAs (Center level) to provide a global network risk exposure understanding and define priorities; - Capture Risk assessment and related BCP's (Business Continuity Plan) and Crisis Management Plans in the ERM Tool; * Risk Mitigation.
- Support NBS Centers and E2E in the definition of their BCPs based on BIAs established; - Support BCP tests planning and execution to meet BCM (Business Continuity Management) gatekeeper requirements and the target insurance level across the network; - Ensure lessons learned of BCP tests are well captured and plans are updated accordingly; - Track and support the relevant KPI´s defined within the function on a global level, using the appropriate tools and solutions; * Network engagement.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the BCM network to ensure the framework is leveraged continuously and consistently; What will make you successful * Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers); * Prior experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity and Crisis Management; * Prior experience in Finance & Control and the functional knowledge of key business processes such as Order to Cash, Source to Pay, HR Services, etc.; * Functional understanding of data repository tools deployed; * Excellent project management and result oriented skills; *Hand on experience and familiar with international BCM standards *I.
ISO , etc * Proven ability to manage initiatives across multiple teams, platforms, sites and cultures; * Ability to work independently, in remote teams and in a matrix environment; * Ability to easily guide the network in implementing the relevant business continuity plans.
