Job Description We are seeking a HR Trainee to join our team in the Portuguese Affiliate (Lisbon).
As an HR Trainee, you will work closely with our Human Resources department to gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of HR themes.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support.
* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and participate in candidate evaluations.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
HR Operations.
*Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
*Assist in benefits administration and support HR projects as assigned *Assist in the payroll processing and gain an understanding of legal labor laws and legal requirements.
Talent and Development.
*Support training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
*Collaborate with HR professionals to identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant sessions.
Qualifications Requirements *Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
*Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.
*Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
