As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team and support our employees and organizational objectives.
As a Human Resources Specialist at Crunchequation, you will play a key role in providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers across various functions.
From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration, you will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR function and help ensure a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and a commitment to supporting employee success.
Expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of Portugal’s Labour Code (PLUS) English Mandatory Daily Work.
Talent acquisition and recruitment.
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate candidate communications and provide support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Onboarding and orientation.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of new employee profiles in HRIS systems.
Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Employee relations support.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Benefits administration.
Assist with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility, and enrollment options.
Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.
Training and development support.
Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
Assist with the administration of employee development programs and initiatives.
HR projects and initiatives.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement surveys, policy updates, and process improvements.
Contribute ideas and recommendations for enhancing HR programs and processes.
