A sua nova função Terá como principais responsabilidades.
Gerir de A-Z os processos de recrutamento e seleção (externos e internos); Assegurar todos os processos de acolhimento e integração de novos colaboradores; Onboarding e offboarding de colaboradores; Implementar o desenvolvimento de competências e estratégias de retenção dos colaboradores; Proceder ao levantamento das necessidades de formação dos colaboradores, em conjunto com os Responsáveis/Directores da empresa; Elaborar descritivo de funções e respetiva matriz de competências de forma a tornar a execução de tarefas mais eficiente e permitir atingir os objetivos propostos; Implementar planos de desenvolvimento individual e gestão de carreiras; Gestão do plano de formação anual (elaboração, implementação, acompanhamento e controlo); Elaboração e controlar o orçamento de formação; Gerir o processo de avaliação de desempenho; Gestão dos processos de estágio; Desenvolver projetos específicos na área do RH; Elaborar KPI´s de RH por forma a elaborar planos de ação; Dar suporte aos vários departamentos da empresa na vertente operacional de RH.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido Procuramos um profissional com.
Formação superior em Recursos Humanos ou área relevante; Experiência profissional consolidada em GRH, nomeadamente em Desenvolvimento Organizacional/Gestão de Talento; Bons conhecimentos de Inglês e/ou Francês (preferencial); Disponibilidade imediata ou a curto prazo.
