We're on the hunt for a motivated Sales Executive to join our journey.
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the sales department from the ground up, contributing directly to our growth and success.
Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy from scratch, tailored to our innovative EoR and HR solutions.
- Lead generation and pipeline building, identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels.
- Drive the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate closely to ensure alignment on target markets and messaging.
- Regular reporting on sales progress, insights, and strategies to the management team.
Skills & Qualifications.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EoR, HR solutions sector, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, lead generation, and build client relationships from scratch.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for presenting complex solutions in an accessible manner.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
