The app will fundamentally revolve around three key functionalities.
1.
**Employee Registration**.
The app needs to capture essential employee details like their name, contact information, and the position they hold in the company during the registration process.
2.
**Document Upload**.
The app should facilitate an easy document upload mechanism, whereby employees can effortlessly upload necessary documents.
3.
**Timesheets**.
Timesheet management is a critical aspect of this app.
It should enable time tracking and the ability to upload screenshots.
Ideal freelancers for this project should have considerable experience in iOS and Android app development, specifically with functionalities related to document uploading and managing timesheets.
Knowledge of incorporating user registration functionality is also important.
Preferably, I'm looking for freelancers who have worked on similar HR-related apps and understand the need for a user-friendly and interactive UI for such platforms.
The app should be foolproof, focusing on a simple yet efficient workflow for better adoption and user experience in the organization.
