HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP) – DIRECTOR

Position Description.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resources initiatives with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the achievement of business objectives.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and deep understanding of HR best practices.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
1.
Strategic HR Planning.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives that support business growth.
• Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent to achieve its strategic objectives.
2.
Employee Relations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on employee relations matters.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive employee experience and enhance employee engagement.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
3.
Talent Management.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Implement performance management processes to drive employee development and performance improvement.
4.
Organizational Development.
• Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of organizational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within HR and across the organization.
5.
HR Policy and Compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure HR practices are consistent with the organization's values and culture.
• Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and advise senior management on compliance matters.
6.
HR Analytics and Reporting.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on HR trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive change and influence decision-making.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR technology solutions preferred.
