Descrição Talent Acquisition.
Implement recruitment and selection policies, ensuring effective HR Provisional Management and identifying immediate recruitment needs.
Support the company's Employer Branding process by participating in job fairs, establishing local partnerships, and protocols resulting in additional recruitment sources.
L&D Management.
Ensure effective onboarding of new employees by defining/updating and monitoring their Individual Development Plans (IDP), ensuring proper integration into the company.
Implement the People Development Process (PDP) within internal services, providing training to new managers and employees, monitoring timelines, and supporting the construction and monitoring of PDIs for employees in development, in collaboration with managers.
Manage training and ensure the dissemination of all training offerings within internal services.
Provide coaching and maintain close communication with internal service managers.
Culture and Organizational influence.
Monitor internal customer satisfaction indicators (EXI), develop action plans, and track results.
Create active listening moments and team follow-up.
Development and Administrative Management of HR.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, compliance, and control of internal procedures, as well as consistency and uniformity in the implementation of various policies, processes, and rules.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding safety and occupational health, ensuring the implementation of necessary measures.
Indicators.
Analyze and monitor HR indicators within internal services, including headcount, productivity, and personnel costs, developing action plans for continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.
Represent and provide reports on HR indicators, ensuring alignment of HR Development with established objectives and KPIs.
Participation in Company Life.
Promote and exemplify the company's values and projects.
Collaborate in cross-company activities and projects with different departments and stores.
Comply with prevention measures and act as an ambassador for safety and sustainability culture.
Perfil ideal Professional experience of more than 5 years in HR functions.
Master or Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, HR, or similar field.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and motivate others.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make assertive decisions.
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
