We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our company in our Lisbon Office.
What You Will Need to be Successful.
Degree qualified and Master Degree in HR Excellent PC skills Solid understanding of IT Business our IT Profiles demands.
Minimum of 5 years operational HR experience at either HR Manager or HR Business Partner level in a IT Consultancy company our a IT provider.
Fluent in Portuguese and English - mandatory Available to work in hybrid model - office & home Main Responsibilities.

Support employees during change, facilitating communication.
- Employee Relations.
Act as a mediator, ensuring fair treatment and resolving conflicts.
- Succession Planning.
Collaborate on identifying key talents and developing plans.
- People/HR Processes Design.
Design, implement, and improve HR processes for efficiency.
- Well-being Initiatives.
Monitor factors impacting team mental and physical health.
