Job Title.
Hospital Sales Representative - Center of Portugal Introduction to role.
Are you passionate about making a difference in the world of healthcare? As a Hospital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating clinical demand for (COMPANY NAME) products, proactively identifying business opportunities, and delivering value propositions aligned with partner needs and objectives.
Your aim? To develop strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with different partners based on a deep scientific understanding of the issues, identifying the best opportunities for any brand in the AZ portfolio to deliver life-changing medicines to patients.
Accountabilities.
In this role, you will be tasked with identifying relevant problems of the customers, partners, and patients, developing value propositions, aligning internal and external priorities, and involving the entire Multidisciplinary Team and the internal team.
You will also be responsible for establishing relationships with external partners, creating plans to strengthen these relationships, defining account's objectives in line with the brand strategy, and driving sales performance to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Essential Skills/Experience.
* Confirmed experience working as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry, with a history of surpassed sales results * Experience in multi-stakeholder management * Ability to understand and communicate scientific information and economic results * Ability to establish relationships relevant to the decision-making process * Analytical and negotiation skills * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams * Driven spirit and resilience in the pursuit of objectives * Native level of Portuguese and at least intermediate level of English Desirable Skills/Experience.
* Experience working in hospital environment (especially in the respiratory area), excellent sales results * Work experience in account management (multidisciplinary team - pharmacy, Therapeutic Pharmacy Commission, Clinical Directors) * Sales experience in different therapeutic areas * Understanding the Company's strategy * Result-oriented * Creation and Implementation of effective solutions * Positive thinking * Strong communication and influencing skills When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we fuel bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
