Reportando ao Diretor de Tecnologia e Operações o Head of Security & ICT irá coordenar e implementar Sistemas de Rede e Segurança, assegurando evolução/ atualização das mesmas.
Contrato Direto com o cliente.
Responsabilidades - Gestão, Operação e Manutenção de Redes WAN&LAN&IOT e Segurança; - Supervisionar e monitorizar as plataformas de comunicações e segurança; - Garantir Manutenção corretiva e preventiva das plataformas de redes e segurança; - Garantir a melhoria e implementação contínua das melhores políticas de operação; - Definir e planear os processos de certificação de qualidade para a operação; - Garantir operação e controlo de acessos à rede e aplicações; - Definir os planos de formação e sensibilização para a equipa; - Garantir o suporte e manutenção dos Sistemas de rede de dados; - Assegurar as ações relativas ao desenvolvimento, motivação e gestão do desempenho da equipa que coordena, criando e reforçando continuamente canais de comunicação facilitadores da partilha de informação e de conhecimento; - Colaborar, no âmbito da sua área de responsabilidade, em projetos organizacionais de melhoria e desenvolvimento de atuais ou novos processos, soluções e ferramentas associadas, com base no conhecimento das Best Practices do mercado; - Promover e garantir a análise permanente dos processos inerentes à sua área bem como a definição e implementação de planos/ações de melhoria; - Garantir o cumprimento por parte dos colaboradores que lhe reportam das práticas ambientais e de segurança e saúde no trabalho.
Requisitos - Licenciatura em Engenharia Eletrotécnica e/ou Informática; - Certificação em sistemas de Segurança e redes (preferencial); - Experiência em Sistemas de Redes e Segurança; - Fluência em inglês.
