HEAD OF MS BUSINESS CENTRAL (M/F/D)

Your new role As the Head of MS Business Central, you will be entrusted with the task of formulating strategies and overseeing the deployment of Business Central across various global business units.
Responsibilities Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Business Central.
Collecting, preparing, and importing data into Business Central.
Tailoring Business Central to satisfy user needs.
Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and providing necessary training to teams.
Offering effective consultancy throughout the project duration.
Providing customer support as required.
Collaborating with cross-functional and technology projects, ensuring alignment and sharing of resources where suitable.
Familiarity with localisation requirements across a diverse range of countries and fiscal stipulations.
Understanding of how Business Central and other technologies can be leveraged to enhance delivery.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a readiness to take on challenges.
Capability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, including business and product development, supply chain, procurement processes, and execution dependencies.
Proven ability to influence product/solution vision/roadmap and execute plans.
Experience of managing end-to-end Business Central implementations.
Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality technological services in a rapidly growing environment with shifting priorities.

What you will need to succeed Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Dynamics NAV/Business Central consultancy role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science.
Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
Solid understanding of financial concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in communicating with teams across different geographies.
Innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, always-on, ambiguous start-up environment.
Demonstrates sound judgement and provides professional advice to clients.
Ability to work with stakeholders to deliver key and informative reporting.
