Responsabilidades - Liaise with outside counsel particularly in the areas of corporate law and intellectual property; - Negotiate customer and partnership agreements; -Stay updated on changes in Portuguese laws, regulations, and industry practices; - Advise internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and develop strategies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations; - Build communication and awareness applicable policies, including the Code of Conduct & Business Ethics.
- Enforce and enhance controls throughout the business, including business controls; - Assess and improve controls, policies and procedures; - Collaborate across all lines of business, including country based legal counsels, human resources, finance, business operations and other stakeholders to execute on programmatic initiatives and/or remedial measures, and to ensure such measures are promptly implemented.
Requisitos - Degree in Law; - 4 years experience, preferably in commercial/corporate law; - Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken(mandatory); - International experience (valued); - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to manage and foster key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with teams across the business; - Problem-solving skills, strong dynamism and proactivity; - Reporting directly to the CEO.
