Introduction – About the role The Google Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions for internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of GCP services, including Compute Engine, App Engine, and Cloud Storage.
They will also have knowledge in scripting languages such as Python and/or Bash.

Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure GCP solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot GCP solutions to ensure they are operating as expected.
Stay up to date on the latest GCP technologies and best practices.
Mandatory Skills Bachelor’s degree from in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required.
+2 years of IT industry experience with GCP with good experience with a variety of GCP services, including Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, etc.
Good proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting Experience with other programming languages such as Java or C++ Familiarity with networking and security concepts Strong verbal and written communication skills   Desirable skills Google across multiple cloud services.
