As Global Manager of Transformation and Commercial Development at INSCALE, you will be at the forefront of driving commercial success through strategic projects within the strategic commercial development sphere.
Along the way, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of all parts of the business, which for the right person could lay the foundation for a further career in the company's line management within a few years.
You will be working closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Management and Talent Acquisition.
We are currently seeking a results-driven, highly motivated and experienced Global Manager of Transformation and Commercial Development to join our team and contribute to our continued growth by driving and implementation of strategic projects, supporting the CCO in driving the overall commercial agenda.
Lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to drive the company's growth and success.
Conduct follow-ups on strategic performance, analyzing results and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide support to the strategic development of the commercial area within the company, contributing insights and expertise to enhance long-term objectives.
Analyse data to derive actionable insights, making informed recommendations for optimizing business strategy.
Analyse and calculate the feasibility of new strategic projects, providing input for decision-making.
Drive strategic projects internally within the organization, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and execution.
Take charge of the management and control of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Prepare comprehensive and professional materials for Board Meetings and Strategy Reports.
Qualifications Must-Have skills.
2-4 years of working experience and proven experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed business recommendations.
Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in a strategic context.
Background of Consultancy, Management or Leadership - a position with experience that within some years should lead to a management role in INSCALE.
