It is a very detail oriented role, where concentration and maturity is of high importance.
Your daily work will include tasks like these.
Review user reports regarding video content on a streaming platform Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter Audit and update content Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community Make professional decisions and help resolve inquiries with respect to defined policies and procedures, especially the data protection policy.
Recognise trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies Your qualifications You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others).
Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You are professional and thorough.
