Job Title.
German Speaking Customer Service Agent for Banking Company - Porto Job Description Our Customer Service Agent will act as point of contact for a banking company clients.
They will provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Our Agents should be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
They should understand the value of good communication skills.
They need to have a Problem-solving Mindset and they must be confident at troubleshooting and investigation.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

You will provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Manage incoming phone calls; Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication; Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools; Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines; Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Required profile.
Fluent, verbal and written in German; Excellent communication skills; Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
To become a part of our Team you need to be.
Able to work on site from Monday - Friday, to help address client, customer, and business needs;  You are expected to provide background clearance (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
