Position Overview.
We are seeking a meticulous and detailoriented individual to join our Content Review team as a GermanSpeaking Content Reviewer.
In this role you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding online communities by evaluating and moderating usergenerated content to ensure it complies with our platforms guidelines and standards.
Youll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment tackling challenging content issues while contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities.
Review and assess usergenerated content in German including text images and videos to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
Identify and escalate inappropriate content such as hate speech graphic imagery and other violations with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide clear and constructive feedback to users regarding content moderation decisions maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Trust & Safety Legal and Product to improve moderation processes and tools.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging issues related to content moderation continuously updating knowledge and skills to adapt to evolving challenges.
Qualifications.
Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in accordance with established guidelines with a commitment to fairness and objectivity.
Prior experience in content moderation customer support or related fields is preferred but not required.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
