In 2022, the company was awarded the Best Company in Portugal (>1000 employees) by the Great Place to Work Institute for the ninth time and has also been named the best company in the customer support industry four times by Exame Magazine. Responsibilities:Analyzing and evaluating content in accordance with provided guidelines and standards.Identifying and labeling relevant information and features during content review.Verifying compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and legal regulations.Assessing content relevance, accuracy, and quality based on predefined criteria.Identifying potential guideline violations and developing corresponding solutions.Collaborating with team members to achieve continuous improvements in content, processes, and tools.Creating reports and statistical analyses on the reviewed content. Requirements: Your Profile:German native speaker or proficient at a strong C1 level.Proficiency in both written and spoken English.Prior experience in a dynamic operational setting, call center environment, or a role involving customer interaction is advantageous.Strong organizational skills and the capability to work autonomously.Clear and organized communication skills in both written and verbal forms.Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality output within designated timeframes.Possession of a customer-centric and proactive problem-solving mindset.**All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit.
