Responsibilities.
• Makes effective decisions within his/her ability; • Review posts and classify according to policy; • Provide insights and trends on content reviewed; • Provide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflows; • Provide suggestions for product innovation; • General data entry related tasks.
Requirements.
• Fluency in English (B2 level); • Oral & Written German fluency (B2) level; • Excellent customer care skills; • Excellent good typing skills; • Ability to work independently and in a team, anticipate problems and suggest solutions; • Basic understanding of context and structure of sentence; • Basic technical skills (able to navigate through multiple web pages and support tools) • Ability to quickly and effectively conduct internet research, reading and comprehending Commercial and social media websites; • Have fun and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Terms and Conditions.
