What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a French-Speaking Backoffice Support Agent for a hospitality group, you will.
Act as a bridge between the hotels and the suppliers through the advertisement platform.
Proudly provide excellent customer service by providing information about products or services, taking or entering orders, canceling accounts, or obtaining details of complaints.
Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet the defined specifications.
Assist suppliers through e-mails.
We'll be a great match if you.
Have a high level of French (C2) and fluency in English (B2) Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects.
Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient.
