Serve as the face of a global brand; Provide topnotch service across various support channels; Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure an exceptional experience; Utilize probing questions support resources and system training to troubleshoot effectively; Offer solutions to common issues and frequently asked questions.
What Youll Need.
Native level in French English B2 Written and Spoken Ability to deliver exceptional service across multiple support platforms; Prior experience in customer/technical support is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided; EU passport residence card from Portugal or Ukrainian refugee certificate.
