Mastering phone chat and email to assist viewers professionally.
Providing topnotch software support and troubleshooting.
Resolving system configurations and network issues swiftly.
Delivering realtime accurate responses to viewer queries.
Your Profile.
Proficiency in French (C2 level).
Strong in English (B2 level).
Excellent communication empathy and team spirit.
Previous Customer Service or Sales experience preferred.
