What you'll be doing at Webhelp As an Italian-Speaking Fraud Prevention Advisor, you will.
* Contact third parties abroad by telephone and/or e-mail in order to verify their payment information.
* Manage incoming calls and emails * Treat all data with extreme confidentiality * Meet and exceed contractual goals We'll be a great match if you.
* Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and good knowledge of English * Have previous experience as a customer consultant * Have Analytical ability and are comfortable with hardware/software tools * Have confidence, are rigorous and have team spirit If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
