What you’ll do Implementation of offers and strategies for fixed customers Analysis of existing offers and strategies in the various channels (assisted and digital) Identifying actions to improve campaign results in all channels Develop A/B testing Monitor key campaign and business indicators Monitor market trends and dynamics Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery and execution Ensure offer consistency in the Customer journey through the various channels and throughout its life cycle.
Who you are Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing or similiar Professional experience of at least 2 years Good analytical skills and strategic vision Knowledge of the telecommunications market Good oral and written communication skills Ease of interpersonal relations with different areas and interlocutors, good team spirit Proactive, rigorous, and results-oriented Organized and capable of planning and managing priorities.
Resilient and easy to adapt in an environment of constant change and competitiveness Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (preferably Excel and PowerPoint) Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
