Responsabilidades Financial Planning.
- Develop and coordinate the annual and medium-term financial planning process in collaboration with various business units; - Analyze and monitor revenue, expense, and investment forecasts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial plans.
P&L Forecasting.
- Create detailed P&L forecasting models; - Continuously evaluate variations between forecasts and actual results, identifying underlying causes and adjusting forecasts as necessary.
Balance Sheet Preparation.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of the balance sheet, ensuring accuracy of recorded assets, liabilities, and equity; - Identify and communicate opportunities for capital optimization and risk management based on balance sheet information.
Cash Flow Management.
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely cash flow forecasting models to ensure adequate liquidity of the company; - Monitor cash inflow and outflow patterns, identifying areas of concern and implementing strategies to improve cash flow efficiency.
Requisitos - Degree in Economy or Finance; - 3-6 years of professional experience in a similar function in a multinational environment; - Professional experience in Financial Advisory / Corporate Finance in a Big4 company; - Good knowledge and experience with IFRS; - Experience in Financial Modeling (financial statements.
P&L, balance sheet and cashflow); - Experience with ERP SAP; - Fluent English skills (spoken and written); - German language skills will be a plus; - Flexibility for travelling (3 months training permanence in Germany in the beginning of the contract and 1 business trip per quarter as forecast)
