Reportando diretamente a/ao Diretor/a de Marketing Estratégico desempenha a sua atividade no acompanhamento de obras gabinetes de arquitetura e engenharia.
O seu objetivo funcional é maximizar a visibilidade e o conhecimento dos produtos da Kerakoll junto de alvos de mercado definidos.
Como é o dia-a-dia do Field Service.
- Em conjunto com o/a Director/a de Marketing, e de acordo com a estratégia implementada, define quais os gabinetes a visitar para promoção dos produtos e sistemas da Kerakoll.
- Faz acompanhamento de obra no apoio à equipa comercial; - Acompanha as principais tendências do mercado e da concorrência, propõe a introdução de novos produtos e cuida do registo de contactos com técnicos, projetos e obras; - Elabora relatórios a partir das principais referências em prol do Marketing e Comunicação para a implementação de um histórico de casos; - Colabora na recolha da informação necessária para realizar análises de mercado e validação de novos produtos.
- Avalia tecnicamente as reclamações da rede comercial da área atribuída.
- Monitoriza o posicionamento e a estratégia dos produtos concorrentes.
- Realiza seminários e eventos em geral colaborando na formação em clientes, associações profissionais e instituições.
Perfil Pretendido • proactividade, gosto e vontade de comunicar; • Capacidade de resolução de problemas apresentando soluções técnicas de qualidade; • Valorização dos valores e cultura da Kerakoll.
Inovação, Responsabilidade, Dinamismo; Transparência, Proximidade e uma orientação de B-CORP; • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Civil, Quimica e afins e/ou experiência significativa na área da Construção como Responsável de obra e similar; • Línguas.
