This is a females-only position.
Responsibilities.
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails.
- Performing data entry tasks and keeping all information organized.
- Scheduling appointments as required.
Requirements.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to work under a flexible schedule that varies each day.
The successful candidate must have a proactive approach, able to learn quickly, and cope well under the flexibility of working hours.
Previous admin experience is a bonus, though not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
