That’s what’s called a “Win-Win”! What We Need We require the services of a telemarketer to book discovery calls with prospects from cold outreach which may be supported with email campaigns and lumpy mail.
KPIs will be based on call volume and number of meetings booked but we are more concerned with booking calls with our coaches with strong prospects than booking calls with reluctant business owners.
Target audience is SMEs in specific postcodes in the UK with all data supplied by us.
The desired outcome is that we generate revenue from long term business owner clients.
Duties • Set targets and deliverables with the coach to ensure the service required is fulfilled • Make phone calls to the coaches’ local business owners promoting the ActionCOACH mission in order to generate clients for the coach • Have follow up calls with coach to discuss results and adjust plans if/when required • Keep accurate records of KPI’s and maintain the client database • Experience working within a telemarketing/sales generation role • Use Hubspot to manage leads Who You Are An experienced telemarketer with excellent NATIVE English language skills with successful career in sales.
• Understand the sales process and can apply the art of selling • Significant sales training and understand modern sales techniques • Loves Outbound Calling to Prospects • Strong communication skills • Objection handling • Able to handle pressure and deadlines • Friendly, charming and persuasive • Engaging conversationalist and great at building rapport • Open and honest on results • Experienced in CRM systems Remuneration Volume is one measure of success but we are more interested in booked meetings so will pay bonuses for number of quality meetings booked and further bonuses for clients converted.
