Habilitações Académicas ao nível do 12º Ano; Experiência profissional superior a 2 anos em Suporte ao Utilizador Final; Experiência profissional comprovada em Sistemas Operativos (Postos de Trabalho e Servidores); Fortes conhecimentos de diagnóstico e resolução de problemas de Hardware, de Networking (Switches, Access Points, Routers), bem como de outros equipamentos (impressoras, TVs, projetores, entre outros); Obrigatório a posse de certificação válida em CompTIA A+ Essentials; Fluência em Inglês; Capacidade de produzir documentação; Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa; Forte orientação para o cliente e cumprimento de objetivos; Disponibilidade para horários compreendidos entre as 08h00 e as 20h00, de 2ª a 6ª feira.
