Introduction to Role.
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of talent at (COMPANY NAME)? As Early Talent Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading global talent processes while contributing to our overall talent strategy.
This role is a key part of the Global Talent Management team that is part of the Talent & Development Centre of Excellence (COE).

Accountabilities.
As an Early Talent Development Lead, you will own the coordination and implementation of the Early Talent Strategy for (COMPANY NAME) leading a global governance mechanism for 40+ programs annually and setting the vision and direction for the organisation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
You will also own the Development Programs Strategy and execution, interacting with critical stakeholders to design targeted interventions and ensuring the flawless execution of our 20 Development Centres for important and critical roles.
You will own the psychometric assessments approach and be responsible for the vendor management process, the maintenance of the assessment toolkit, the review of the offerings and the building of internal capability within HR.
You will support the design of global tools and resources to support internal career development.
Matrix manage a team of coordinators to ensure the delivery and attend the demand of development centres and psychometric assessments.
You will generate reports on the impact of initiatives and evaluate ROI, providing recommendations for changes and enhancements.
You will prepare executive presentations for the Senior Executive Team (SET), Board, and senior HR leaders.
When required, you will support Board Engagements by centralizing nominations and ensuring a flawless experience for all participants while tracking participation into our reporting tools.
Lastly, you will also support ad-hoc initiatives that may emerge during the year related to the Talent Strategy Space and provide thought leadership and support to T&D Directors and Partners in talent strategy related topics.
Essential Skills/Experience.
* Excellent project management skills, learning agility and proven experience running multiple projects simultaneously successfully * HR and People background, with demonstrated results delivering best-in-class development programmes * Systems and strategic thinker able to identify unique talent requirements of business areas and translate those into distinctive programs to deliver high impact and value across and within business areas * Experience in communicating complex strategic issues, and ability to translate them into clear and concise messaging * Strategic and creative thinker able to see and leverage connections and maximise the value of opportunities in unique and engaging ways * Proven ability of influencing colleagues and senior leaders across organisations * "Self-starter" with evidence of capability for matrix and cross-functional working in an uncertain environment * Can effectively delegate and manage 3rd parties to deliver outputs * Desire to learn, grow and develop within the function * Written and spoken proficiency in English Desirable Skills/Experience.
* Previous experience within T&D or L&D; employer branding and experience/exposure to early talent recruitment and development programs * Previous experience with Workday, Degreed, and/or Smartsheet * Educated to degree level or equivalent * Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
