We have Dynamics 365 implemented with an added module for managing training registrations.
I am looking for a freelancer who can help design automation for collecting survey results after each training session.
At the moment, we are not committed to any specific technology.
We are open to using various tools.
The common core should be as follows.
Upon clicking the appropriate button in CRM, a survey should be created, which we can then provide to the trainees to fill out after the training.
The survey should include individual training attributes transferred from CRM entities - such as the training name, training date, and trainer's name.
Other fields like training rating will be constant for each survey.
The survey link should be generated and displayed in CRM, and there should also be an option to send it to the email address of the trainer conducting the training.
A QR code should be generated for the survey link.
Survey results should be saved to a separate table in CRM, which will contain information about the training, the trainer, and responses to each question.
Based on these results, we will eventually create trainer evaluation reports.
We consider using MS Forms if achieving the above is possible.
We are also considering SurveyMonkey or other tools that allow for such automation and survey creation.
We use ZAPIER in our company, so we can also utilize it if necessary.
