We are currently seeking a motivated and fluent Dutchspeaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Portugal.
This role involves providing excellent customer service to clients handling inquiries related to insurance policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities.
Receive and handle telephone calls from clients seeking information about their insurance policies.
Redirect phone calls to appropriate staff internally to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
Proactively reach out to customers whose requests may not be clear or to provide updates on their policy status.
Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements.
Fluent in Dutch Previous customer service experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities.
Availability to work Monday to Friday 8.
am to 5.
pm (weekends off).
Additional Benefits.
Accommodation.
A room with rent of 280 per month available for 12 months if needed.
Flight Ticket Refund.
Eligible for a refund of 400 towards the flight ticket cost after 6 months of employment.
Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.
