What will you do? • Maintain models and correct defects in alignment with defined SLA; • Process user access requests and master data update; • Assess, Estimate and Design solution change (enhancement); • Implement and test after validation of design; • Support users during User Acceptance Tests; • Manage and update ticketing tool; • Direct relationship and support with business; • Update user guide; • Manage release in PROD.
