This team deals directly with our partners and customers and helps them with resolving their technical issues related to Motorola Solutions Inc products.

Job Description Job Description The Data and Reporting Specialist reports to the Support Manager and will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement data visualization solutions that maximize business value.
The Data and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for preparing and consolidating data for reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
They will be able to work independently and as part of a team and will be comfortable working with large datasets.
You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and creating reports that summarize the data in a clear and concise manner.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.
About the Position What will you get to do Collaborate with internal teams to develop data visualization solutions that support business objectives.
Design and develop clear, concise, and visually engaging data visualizations that are easy to understand and interpret.
Organize and manage large data sets and ensure accuracy and quality of data.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data visualization best practices and standards.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing data visualization solutions.
Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of new and emerging data visualization tools and techniques.
Communicate data and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Basic Requirements Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field or data intensive field, such as Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data visualization engineering.
4+ years experience in Salesforce reporting.
Salesforce Admin certification.
Essential Skills Well developed interpersonal communication (written and oral) skills with the ability to document and explain reporting needs and solutions to internal stakeholders of all skill levels.
Ability to keep grace under pressure, multitask and prioritize based on business needs, provide timely updates and manage internal customers’ expectations.
A self-starter who can work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members with minimal supervision.
Agile, resourceful learner with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset to absorb the business needs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have Skills Experience analyzing data and creating reports, and with database query (SQL) and visualization tools Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (e.
., Regression analysis) and data visualization (e.
., Looker, Plotly).
2+ years of experience in Tableau Good to have.
