CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST LEAD

Principais responsabilidades.
• Gerir atividade, projetos e SLAs de Outsourcers de cibersegurança da organização, de forma a garantir máximo nível de proteção da infraestrutura informática e potenciar a sua evolução; • Identificar projetos ou medidas de curto prazo em cibersegurança para elevar o nível de segurança da organização; • Apoiar a Direção de Sistemas de Informação na elaboração de budget anual e estratégico de cibersegurança; • Realizar a comunicação e gestão de projetos de cibersegurança com o Grupo Embraer ou outras entidades externas de atuação nesta vertente (CNCS, GNS, NATO, etc.); • Acompanhar auditorias de cibersegurança realizadas por entidades externas, e gerir a resolução de findings identificados; • Acompanhar a evolução das obrigações legais de cibersegurança e NIST/ISO27k, e definir planeamento e projetos para a sua concretização; • Apoiar na avaliação de Risco de cibersegurança e definição de processos em todas as áreas da organização para aumentar o nível de cibersegurança e Segurança de Informação.
Procuramos profissionais com o seguinte perfil.
• Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Engenharia de Redes ou Sistemas Digitais ou áreas similares; • Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos na gestão e implementação da área de tecnologias de cibersegurança, comunicação, gestão de projetos e gestão de outsourcers, em organizações de elevada complexidade e dimensão; • Certificações em metodologias e proteção de dados, por exemplo.
NIST, ISO/IEC 27K, Microsoft Cloud Azure Security Certified ou CCSP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, CCP, CIPP (RGPD), CEH, GIAC, entre outras; • Bons Conhecimentos de Inglês, falado e escrito; • Orientação para o cliente (interno e externo), problem solver e visão estratégica são caraterísticas que valorizamos.
