You are going to be responsible for providing clarifications regarding the platform during the process of selling and buying their cars.

you may be asked to go to the office in punctual situations; the office is located in Porto.
Schedule.
from Tuesday to Saturday, from 09h00 am to 06h00 pm Our client is a British company that provides innovative solutions for clients in the process of buying and selling cars through an online platform.
What do you need to have? * Fluent in English at a written and spoken level; * Previous experience in the automobile industry; * Experienced in managing clients and processes; * You are experienced in using MS Office programs - especially Outlook, Word, and Excel; * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with buyers and sellers; * Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels * Availability to work in a temporary position for about 3 or 4 weeks.
