A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support  Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skilful at communicating with people Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace Excitement about intercultural communication and committed to a longer stay in Portugal  Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience Having a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU-country What is in it for you?
