Customer Success Specialist (m/f) Porto   EMPRESA Grupo Egor PERFIL EMPRESA Empresa do setor das utilities integrada em grupo internacional com elevado expertise na sua área de atuação.
CANDIDATO O profissional a admitir será responsável por.
Desenvolver, implementar e gerir ferramentas e processos de forma a melhorar os processos de atendimento ao cliente junto do centro de atendimento; Trabalhar com equipas multifuncionais para desenvolver e implementar soluções que melhorem a prestação de serviços; Realizar análises e relatórios regulares de forma a acompanhar a eficácia das ferramentas implementadas, bem como identificar áreas de melhoria.
PERFIL Licenciatura na área de Engenharia; Experiência mínima de 4 anos de experiência em função semelhante; Experiência em serviço ao cliente ou melhoria contínua; Experiência no desenvolvimento e implementação de ferramentas e processos de melhoria do serviço de atendimento ao cliente; Domínio de ferramentas de serviço como chatbots, software de atendimento, APIs, Powerapps, ferramentas de Speechtotext, IA e Outsystems; Bons conhecimentos da língua inglesa.
