Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments.
We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more! Are you ready to be part of the change? Come join us! Your mission will be… Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding maintenance interventions; Develop, update, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans; Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities; Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring equipment and materials are available; Document maintenance activities and prepare reports; Collaborate with stakeholders and promote proactive maintenance strategies; Review work orders, equipment history, and maintenance reports to identify recurring issues, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to monitor KPIs; Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to recommend improvements; Provide technical support to maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.
We are looking for someone with… Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar and/or relevant work experience; Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting; Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and methodologies; Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines; Fluency in Dutch (speaking and writing); Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must; Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools; Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
