Acerca del puesto.
Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Customer Service Support para administrar la orden emitida por el cliente, garantizando el suministro, facturación y entrega en tiempo y forma.
Principales responsabilidades.
Analizaras y administraras las órdenes de compra para su suministro, cubriendo los porcentajes de entrega mínimos establecidos y de acuerdo a vigencia.
Administraras y suministraras conforme a rutero.
sustituirás códigos obsoletos por los vigentes, basado en la disponibilidad de inventario (ATP) Solicitaras desbloqueos de pedidos con excedente en el límite de crédito al área de CYC e informando al regional / vendedor del pedido/ cadena.
Coordinaras y programar con los clientes que requieran cita con base a ruteo y vigencia.
Informaras a la Regional situación que no permita que la entrega se realice en el tiempo correspondiente, a fin de proponer conjuntamente alternativas para dar solución.
