DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES.
Inputs orders received from internal and external customers; Process sales invoicing in accordance with established procedures and standards; Handles internal and external customer inquiries, claims and complaints; Provides updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions; Maintains and organizes log of calls, query details and responses; Liaising with customers, ensuring constant focus on meeting the required service level; Validates claims for credits and manages returned goods administration and credits to customer accounts; Arranges stock checks for missing or over delivered stock; Provides reports and handles non-routine and difficult inquiries across multiple functional areas (credits/debits, customer account management, supply chain, transportation); Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practices; Maintains and organizes log of calls, query details and responses.
QUALIFICATIONS.
Possess a recognized general educational qualification; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Previous experience as Customer Service Clerk in Shipping and Logistics; Methodical and able to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting; Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools; Good SAP knowledge (preferable); Problem solving and ability to engage critical thinking; Customer and results oriented; Strong analytical skills; Good level of english.
Hybrid regime - 2 days at home and 3 at the office schedule.
