• Tratamento ou encaminhamento de reclamações recebidas de clientes relativamente ao serviço.
• Receção, análise e tratamento dos pedidos de assistência.
• Receção e tratamento de encomendas.
• Esclarecimento a clientes internos e externos.
Vertente Outbound.
• Venda de sanitizações a clientes de máquina própria.
• Reativação de clientes sem consumo nos últimos meses.
• Agendamento de serviços.
Qual o Perfil? • Habilitações Académicas ao nível do 12.º ano de escolaridade • Experiência em Call Center/Atendimento Telefónico, Contacto com o Cliente e na área Administrativa • Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
