German Customer Service Agent Location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Receive calls or emails from clients/patients Guide patients and customers in use of the products and help resolve their technical and operational questions according to the received training and preestablishes guidelines Indicate local point of sales of products and medical procedures Support orders of spare and replacement parts handle complaints and escalate cases when necessary REQUIREMENTS.
Fluent verbal and written German and English languages Ability to manage different types of inbound inquiries over the phone and email Ability to multitask & work under pressure Ability to learn fast and be diligent OFFER.
A relocation support 8 work hours 5 days per week from Monday to Friday Shifts on weekly rotation.
